No! Our goal to to build long term relationships with our clients while planing great trips that respect their budget, while always looking for good value. Thus, our fees vary depending on the complexity of your trip, and cover our services from planning through your return home. For groups less than 8, our consulting fee starts at $25. For groups larger than 8, destination weddings or vow renewals, our coordination fee starts at $100. If you do decide to book with us, you even recieve a free 3 day/2 night hotel getaway as well. Think of it as getting an additional opportunity for a vacation, while also getting help to plan a stress-free vacation without the hassle of going it alone.

I have been planning trips long before I went into business as an agent myself. I've visited 16 coutries and 28 states so far as well. Additionally, I have a Master of Public Health degree in Health Behavior and Health Education and a Master of Social Work degree in Management of Human Services which I often draw from when collaborating to plan your trip. Payment plans for cruises and vacation packages are determined by the cruise lines and package suppliers and are based on how far in advance the trip is booked, the total price of the booking, etc. Most suppliers allow you to pay a deposit at the time of booking, then you can pay the rest in designated installments.

No! The deposit requirements are set by the resorts and the tour operators we book through. Deposit rates vary based on the resort, cruise or package you select, and the time you are traveling. The deposit is made via Sade Travels directly with the resort or tour operator. At no time does Sade Travels ever charge your credit card. This way, you are assured that your deposit is applied directly to your vacation at the time of booking. Most vacation packages require that you pay the balance 45 days prior to your arrival. Again, that payment is made directly to the supplier.
